Check that you are entering the discount code correctly. Check that the discount code applies to all the items in your shopping cart. Not all items are eligible for discount codes, which will be displayed under the item information and in your shopping cart. Check your discount code hasn't expired. Some of our sales are time-sensitive, and the expiration date can be found near the bottom of the promotional email or at the top of our website's sales section. Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used per order. The only exception is bundles. You may create more than one bundle per order. Please note you can't use a discount code on a bundle you have created using our bundle builder, the bundles are already discounted.
